Ms Neelam Nath is retired IAS Officer. After having retired from Ministry of Defence as Secretary, Department of ESW, Ms Nath has been nominated by MHRD as chairman/ member on some committees as also the Governing Body of a Deemed University.

Ms Bhaswati Mukherjee is former India’s Ambassador to The Netherlands. She is an Officer of the 1976 batch of the Indian Foreign Service. She is presently lecturing at the Indian Foreign Service Institute and in different Universities in India and abroad on disarmament and strategic issues, India’s relations with its neighbors and EU, challenges emerging from use of chemical weapons as well as on Soft Power and Cultural Heritage. She is engaged in authoring a book on “New Challenges in the India-EU relationship” sponsored by the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA).

During her 38 years in the Indian Foreign Service, she was engaged in high level and effective bilateral and multilateral diplomacy on behalf of India in the Ministry of External Affairs, in the Permanent Mission of India to the United Nations, New York, and as India’s Ambassador/PR to UNESCO, France. On deputation from the IFS for six years from 1991 to 1997, she was selected by the UN for the prestigious post of Chef de Cabinet to Ambassador Ayala Lasso, the UN’s first High Commissioner for Human Rights.

As Ambassador of India to The Netherlands, Ms Mukherjee oversaw transformation of Indo-Dutch relations to build new political and strategic relationships and strongly pushed the Indo-Dutch commercial and economic relationship effectively applying over 25 years of multilateral experience, including on disarmament and arms control issues, she was unanimously elected as Chairperson of the Executive Council of Organisation for Prevention of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) on May 2012 at a difficult period of transition in the Organisation. Oversaw change in India’s position on Rome Statute and International Criminal Court (ICC).

As Director General for Europe in MEA for six years, Ms Mukherjee formulated and extensively expanded Indo-EU relations in all its dimensions. She negotiated at senior official level with the EU Troika to establish an annual India-EU Summit Level relationship commencing from the first Summit in Lisbon in June 2000 under Prime Minister Vajpayee. Ms Mukherjee was Secretary to four Eminent Persons Groups shaping India’s relations with these countries including the India-EU Roundtable, the India-UK Roundtable, the Indo-French Forum and the Indo-German Eminent Persons Group. Organized and managed the substantive arrangements of return summits with the EU in every alternate year commencing from 2001 till 2004.

Ms Mukherjee has done her graduation and post-graduation in History from Miranda House, Delhi University, with a First Class in both BA and MA. She was recruited as the first woman to teach History in St. Stephen’s College in 1975 until she was selected for the IFS in 1976. Fluent in written and spoken French, she has an Advanced Degree in French History and Civilization from Sorbonne University, Paris, France.

Ms Padmaja Ruparel is an Angel Investor and President of Indian Angel Network (IAN), India's first and now one of Asia's largest group of business angels, comprising the who's who of successful entrepreneurs and dynamic CEOs from India and overseas. Ms Padma Parthasarathy currently heads the global consulting team at Tech Mahindra – a team of 2,500 people engaged in business, technology and process advisory & re-engineering services. Ms. Sandhya Baliga is currently working as Insurance Ombudsman for Delhi region under the Governing Body of Insurance Council (GBIC). She is a retired officer of Indian Revenue Service, (1976 batch) Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax.

Dr Tamali Sen Gupta has over 30 years’ experience in law and is a specialist in transactional legal transactions covering a wide range of industries including media, infrastructure and real estate, energy and insurance. Advocate Aarti Sathe is an alumnus of the Government Law College, University of Mumbai wherein she was the recipient of the Best Student Award. Having completed her LL.M from the University of Mumbai she now practices as an Independent Advocate in Direct Taxation.

Through 40 years of her career, Ms Advani has started and scaled up industrial businesses, established benchmark standards in operations excellence, consolidated businesses, engaged in mergers & acquisitions, and created collaborative partnerships.

In her early career, Ms Advani set up a garment manufacturing unit from scratch. At a time when industrial workforce challenges were at its peak, she built a set-up in Southern India that employed in excess of 300 workmen, dealt with multinational contractors and management staff, and sourced supplies from more than 900 looms in remote locations. She was successful in building a flawless execution culture in the manufacturing unit which earned itself laurels in international markets.

Ms Advani then moved to the Group’s Printing Inks business. What was then a completely male dominated turf, she effectively infused modernization of processes including those related to data management, implemented uniform systems and standards in 6 multi-locational factories, achieved major breakthroughs in research and development, and re-built a state-of-the-art unit after a fire that destroyed it completely.

Ms Advani was later involved in a project to consolidate diverse business interests of the group to create 7 sustainable lines of businesses. She then stewarded group transformation through multiple new age business and HR practices, modernization of plants and machinery, innovative ways of reducing cost of capital, and ushering in of an increased number of competent professionals at the helm of businesses. She orchestrated with promoters of the Group to agreeably create and launch the group’s renewed Vision, and brought on board the services of a global consulting firm to assist them through the journey.

Most of Ms Advani’s work in the industry has been forward-looking. She has received much acclaim for her work on Gender Diversity and Women Empowerment from thought leaders of the industry. Today, Ador employs multiple women not only in HR and Finance, but also in Production, Sales and Research & Development. An ardent promoter of Learning & Development, she started the Ador Welding Academy which has today grown to 7 training centres around the country. The Academy equips its participants with a range of skills required for Welding consultancy, research and training.

Ms Advani is an active contributor in the area of Renewables. Her recent involvement in the Green Energy space is through a start-up that offers a wide range of non-conventional energy products, including Bio-Diesel plants supplied to multiple users in India and overseas. She has been a force behind the Group getting into newer ventures like E-Commerce and 3D Dental care.

Ms Advani studied Biochemistry at the University of Sussex, and subsequently earned the Diploma in Light Clothing Manufacturing from the London College of Fashion. Ms Advani manages an Art Trust. A collection have been selected by the Metropolitan Museum New York for a retrospective in New York, Chicago and London. As Resident Director of India’s North American region based in New York for six years, she promoted direct Indo-US trade, bilateral investments and joint ventures and distribution arrangements which contributed to more than doubling of bilateral trade and department store promotions. Special achievements recorded in exports of auto parts, electronic components, forgings, instruments, tools, textiles, jewelry footwear and software as well as joint ventures in auto, soft toys and cosmetics.

As Executive Director, National Centre for Trade Information, launched India’s first trade and industry portal, enabled interactive online exports and imports and e-commerce using technology.
